The property offers ample 1 and 2 bedroom loft apartments. One bedroom lofts are 721 ft2 (67m2) and the two-bedroom ones are 1130 ft2 (105 m2).
Upon entering the building you'll find a gorgeous lobby inspired by the entrances of old Ecuadorean haciendas with red terracotta tile floors,
13 feet high ceilings and large brick arches supported on stone columns offer an exceptional view. Hand-made iron accents throughout give the building an old-world charm. Living-Dining Room and Bedrooms
The lofts are completely furnished: full bedroom furniture including bed, TV and cable. The living room includes table and chairs, sofas, a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and microwave. As soon as you enter, you will realize you are in a carefully crafted space with a warm,
welcoming atmosphere full of natural light. The classic loft style interior design is a masterpiece combination surrounding you with the relaxing tones of red brick and old iron.
Cast iron balconies and oversized windows with classic stone accents invite you to view the intense greens of the Andean Mountains.
As you step into the living-dining room, you will notice a large floor-to-ceiling window opening to the cast iron colonial-style balcony from where you can enjoy an enchanting view of the colonial town of Guápulo surrounded by the valleys and mountains of the Andes, including the Cayambe snowed capped volcano.
The large and open floor plans as well as the 10 foot ceilings create an airy spacious ambiance, invoking the industrial warehouse feel of urban lofts.

All the loft apartments include brand new bathrooms. The bathroom walls are
finished in white ceramic tiles, grey quartzite counters and recessed showers. Built-in wooden cabinets, bright task-lighting, and a beautiful mirror complete the bathroom design.
